About North London Gymnastics

NLG is a recreational gymnastics club registered with British Gymnastics. Our classes are run from three venues in north London. We cater for children of all ages and abilities, with every class taught by highly qualified gymnastics instructors, who have all been fully DBS checked.

In our classes children will learn a variety of floor and vault skills, develop confidence on the balance beams and have a go at tumbling on our air track! Twice a year we will also give the children the opportunity to work through their British Gymnastics Proficiency awards.

We believe all children should have the opportunity to try gymnastics as it helps develop flexibility, strength, coordination, balance and most importantly it is great fun! We specialise in teaching basic gymnastic skills in a fun and interactive way.
